The Summer of 2017...

 

Well that honestly feels like the quickest summer ever!...It only seems like five minutes ago that we were all planning days out in the sunshine, BBQ's and summer holidays and here we are buying cosy jumpers and deciding whether or not it is appropriate to turn on the central heating (or is that like finally admitting that summer is over?!!)

Apologies for the lack of blog posts over summer, but it has been rather busy at Eva-Mae Jewellery HQ and obviously creating beautiful sparkles for my lovely Eva-Mae Brides takes priority over writing blog posts!

As it's been a while I thought I would share a little of what EMJ has been up to over the past few months. All of the pieces shown will now have been worn on their special days, so no surprises will be spoilt!

A bespoke version of the Grace Hair Vine, created with pretty Swarovski pearls threaded in between the sparkly diamante...this was one of three Grace Vines made over the summer and all were different...that is what is so special about having your bridal jewellery and accessories made to order, little changes can be made to existing designs to create a totally different look. Alternatively you may prefer a completely new design and that is when the Bespoke Design Service is the perfect choice.

 

 

This pretty set of jewellery features the Olivia Bracelet and Lucy Earrings, created using 'Fern Green' Swarovski crystals...the perfect match to the wedding colour scheme (and coincidentally the similar to the Pantone Colour of 2017 "greenery"!) . An extender chain was also added...this is ideal if you aren't sure what length you would like to wear your bracelet.



  These elegant Isla Earrings are part of a set of jewellery ordered for an Eva-Mae Bride, chosen my her lovely mum. The Bride requested that she didn't see the jewellery until the morning of her wedding as she wanted a surprise...I hope she liked them!

 

 

The beautiful Evelyn Collection...such a popular choice with Eva-Mae Brides and this particular order features clip on style earrings as the bride didn't have pierced ears. These can be added to most earring designs, simply let me know before placing your order.

  The Sophie Hair Vine is perfect if you are unsure how you are going to style your hair as it is a particularly versatile piece...pinned at the side, as this vine was worn by it's lovely owner or worn in the back of the hair, both give a beautifully elegant look to your bridal hair. 

Of course I cannot forget to mention some of the lovely bridesmaid gifts that left the studio this summer...the perfect way to say thank you to your special ladies. The Birthstone Collection is always a popular choice and you can also select your wedding colour scheme rather than the birthstone Swarovski crystal (as shown in the two clover pendants pictured above.)

 

 

  July saw the non-bridal collection going on an outing to a garden party...And what a beautiful day it was! I spent the day in the most stunning garden, in glorious sunshine (I have to remind myself that this is actually work sometimes!)
